Onuka Ibe is a Partner with La Piana Consulting and a BoardSource Certified Nonprofit Board Consultant. He guides nonprofit and foundation boards and staff to explore mergers and alliances, develop strategy, improve governance and leadership, and cultivate structures and cultures that advance their missions. He has consulted with a variety of nonprofit organizations, associations, coalitions, and foundations, including guiding collaboration and partnership efforts for Communities in Schools South Carolina, Roof Above, Candid, EarthScope Consortium, Greater Philadelphia Community Alliance, Gemma Services, Positive Coaching Alliance, and Humane Animal Partners. Prior to joining La Piana, Onuka was vice president of program at a national college access nonprofit. He is a past board chair and trustee of Delta Sigma Pi, an international professional business association. Onuka has an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and an undergraduate degree in business administration from Truman State University. He resides in the Washington, D.C. area.
