Kimberly has over 20 years of experience in Finance, Business Strategy and Development; with positions in public accounting at Ernst and Young, AT&T telecommunications company and Innoventor, an engineering firm previously recognized in St. Louis’ Top 50 Fastest Growing Companies. Kimberly Stemley, has served as a leader in healthcare as the Executive Vice President, Business Development and Chief Financial Officer at Rx Outreach, the nation’s largest non-profit, mail order pharmacy and Patient Assistance Program. To date, she is the Chief Financial Officer of the YWCA Metro St. Louis recognized by the St. Louis Business Journal as one of the largest nonprofits in the region. Kimberly’s voice is in demand, with requests from board rooms to the White House. Yet her focus every day has been simple – ensuring the most disenfranchised in our region and the world have access to a better life.

It’s a time for our Local Associations to share, as a community of learning, and to walk away inspired by each other and the work of the YWCA family. It is a time for the YWCA movement, united as One YWCA, to share and celebrate our history, our mission and impact, planning for the work ahead, and continuing to write our YWCA story.
